My daughter had her wedding reception and ceremony at Laurel Hall on November 21, 2015. It snowed that day and the grounds turned into a “Wedding Wonderland”! The photographer was able to capture the beauty of the snow falling on the bridal party with the mansion as the perfect backdrop. The staff was easy to work with and all our guests were amazed that we had found such a grand venue. If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose Laurel Hall.

The Ruth Lilly Conference Center offers excellent accommodations for presentations, seminars, planning or motivational meetings for up to 150 attendees. Our A/V capacity includes WiFi access, video conferencing, LCD projector and surround sound. Basic business services include delivery needs, photocopying and faxing.

The Executive Boardroom provides a more intimate space for smaller meetings and group sessions of up to 20. WiFi access, projector, screen and other business services are also available.

Our caterers are able to provide quick box lunches to elaborate meals, which are served on your schedule. The Formal Dining Room can accommodate up to 50 guests for buffet or sit down meals while the Solarium is ideal for up to 60 guests.
